Going Up: 2nd finger on 8th and 9th frets, 3rd finger on 10th, 4th finger on 11th and 12th frets then back to 11th fret

Going Down: 3rd finger on 10th and 9th, 2nd finger on 8th

Repeat

Try moving it around to different strings.
