10 Minute Warmup & Guitar Workout
Want to get those fingers ready to go in 10 minutes or less*? Here is my go-to exercise routine to get fingers warm and ready. It covers picking, finger syncing, and legato to get both your fret and picking hands ready to rock.
*Note: it's about 10 minutes when performed at 80 bpm. The more comfortable you are with the exercises, the less time it will take to warmup! But always start at a comfortable speed that won't cause cramps or muscle spasms. Don't force it!
